Target TalentWorX was founded by Gail in 1997, then named Target Search & Selection. As a tenured educator, HR professional and marketing graduate, she married her passion for the African continent together with business leadership, transition and diversity required to further a young and promising South African democracy. Gail has gained reputation, spanning 30+ years, as a thought leader for Sub-Saharan economies when considering leadership attraction in the region. Understanding the business impact of acquisition strategy, employee engagement and employer branding, affirms her capacity as a true business advisor for transitioning incoming leadership through authentic executive search practices.

Gail has spent two decades managing and developing an Executive Search career across Mining, Power, Energy, Oil and Gas – C Suite Africa Search Projects and assignments.

Cheryl (Cochrane) Zeghers

Cheryl Zeghers is an independent Executive and Leadership Advisory Consultant and Research Psychologist. She is based in South Africa. Cheryl has worked for internationally ranked global Executive Search firms based in the Middle East and Africa, built her own bespoke consulting company, co-founded and served as the Director of a private school in Johannesburg and started out as the Human Resource Manager for a large retailer and FMCG group.

Cheryl has for over 25 years specialised in Executive Search, Assessment and Development with high level professional experience obtained across a range of industries, sourcing and placing “C” suite executives, world class experts, scientists, engineers professionals, and other global scarce skills specifically in Mining, Heavy Industry, Telecommunications, Infrastructure and Education. Cheryl has also dealt extensively in financial services specifically with family groups, sovereign wealth funds, private equity and investment holding companies.

Stephen Ukute

Stephen Ukute is a passionate and innovative Agency Recruiter with over 5years in-depth recruiting experience that span across different industries predominantly in Nigeria and Africa. His experience started with Evaluation and Staffing Africa (a renowned Executive Search and HR Consultancy firm with offices in Lagos, Nigeria and Dallas, USA) as an HR intern where he found his interest and passion in Recruitment.

He has since grown into a specialist with deep talent mining, networking, strong internet, and social media sourcing capabilities. He has recruited mostly senior management positions for several of the top brands in the Financial Services, FMCG, Oil & Gas, Telco, Automotive, Manufacturing, Engineering and Construction, Retail etc.
