Sought after is a seasoned executive search professional who can engage responsibly, partner and provide professional services to customers while demonstrating true commercial value through innovative, high touch, well researched, proactive executive search methods; these to senior and C-suite holders of responsibility in a timeous manner while maintaining market competitiveness, exceeding minimum standards and targets, and increasing both business and personal revenue.

He or she should want to invest / buy-in with high preference and facilitate exit strategy of current Owner over next 2 years.

He/she has a demonstrable track record of building client relationships and executing executive searches. The ideal background would see a professional with 5 – 7 years of high level and/or executive search recruitment experience and like working in a small, niched, well-run and empowering environment. The individual we seek will have a demonstrated track record of executing senior level engagements and be committed to quality execution, client satisfaction, and be known for proper treatment of clients, candidates and team members alike. This opportunity, whether partnership or outright purchase , is responsible for client relationship development and management, and maintaining the highest level of professionalism in search execution. He or she should be passionate about recruitment and business relationships and be known as a participative team player with a high degree of interpersonal effectiveness.

In terms of personal qualities and character elements, the individual must first and foremost adhere to the highest degree of ethical standards. This individual must have well-refined communication skills, both oral and written form. A commercial mind-set is also sought as individuals will be expected to bring elevated strategic insight and specific domain expertise, as well as astute, mature business judgment. This individual should also be analytical and embody an intuitive sense about people. He/she must have the ability to work collaboratively within the context of a high-pressure and deadline-oriented setting.
